Founded 2015 in Vienna, Austria. As a virtual brewery Next Level Brewing has a network of partnerbreweries to have enough flexibility in brewing to provide much different beer with different batch sizes. . Next Level Brewing means huge variety and exciting beers focused on aromatics. They brew easy drinking Pale Ales, Foodpairing beers and beers for absolute nerds. Focused on international beer styles that aren’t well known by Austrians and creating beers the world hasn’t tasted they won the 2016 Meiningers International Craft Beer Award in Germany and the first PLATIN Medal with a Lemon Thyme – Freestyle Gose! At the Austrian Beer Challenge in 2016 Next Level Brewing also won several medals! Lemon Thyme – WINNER Category Spicebeer! Five O’Clock – WINNER Category IPA! Local Hero – 2nd Place Category American Ales!
