Matt Gordon founded BeerCrunch in 2010 by combining his passion for beer and business through his work as a
consultant for craft breweries. Matt’s expertise is in providing strategic, managerial, and operational support to rapidly growing craft breweries with sales between $1 million and $30 million. Prior to working in the beer industry, Matt advised non-profits with endowments ranging from $80 million to $130 billion on private equity and venture capital investments at Cambridge Associates. Currently, Matt is pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School, where he is the president of the Micro-Brew Society. Matt has also been a homebrewer for over 5 years.
Mike Frankel is a marketing and digital media guru. Mike is the founder of Melted In Marketing, a digital strategy
consulting service. At Melted In, Mike provided marketing services for clients including Marsh Insurance, FiLife, an IAC/Dow Jones Joint Venture, and multiple start-ups. He is also the founder of freeindie.com, a digital music website that offers free, legal song downloads from independent musicians. Mike is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School, where he is the VP of Events of the Micro-Brew Society.
